Return Policy

All warranty periods indicated are from www.comtelworld.com.com unless otherwise noted, and are limited by the manufacturer's warranty policies. Generally, the manufacturer's limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc. In no way does Comtel warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.
Comtel is limited to the service level offered by the manufacturer or supplier, please read your product warranty information carefully before contacting us.

MOBILE PHONES, SMART PHONES STANDARD RETURN POLICY FOR WARRANTIED MODELS ONLY
  1. Return for refund within: 7 days (must be unopened, brand new condition)
  2. Return for replacement with in: 7 days (must be unopened, brand new condition)
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, warranty and replacement.
  1. Any physical damage
  2. Mobiles Phones, Smart Phones that are missing the manufacturer warranty label
  3. Mobiles Phones, Smart Phones that were missing parts, box, headphones or any other accessories from the original box
  4. Returned without original invoice
  5. Mobiles Phones, Smart Phones which not satisfying manufacturer warranty policy
